Why are affirmations so important?

Affirmations. Ahh. They seem so simple, but they do so much for the subconscious mind.
Positive affirmations are very powerful because they release you from negativity, fear, worry, and anxiety. When these affirmations are repeated over and over again, they begin to take charge of your thoughts, slowly changing your pattern of thinking and ultimately changing your life.
When we grow up, our subconscious minds absorb everything. This mold and programs us into certain habits and reactions. Some may be negative, some positive.
To get rid of those negative beliefs, patterns & habits you must alter them or as I say, RIP THEM OUT!
How can you in cooperate positive affirmations into your life seamlessly?
Here's a brief look at my morning routine.
I get up out of bed & AVOID THE PHONE FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR! ( I will sometimes use it for affirmations or meditation music but that's it. NO SOCIAL MEDIA)
I spend quiet time to look at lake, drink my coffee and wake up a little bit. (sometimes maybe tidy up or whatever)
Then, after the hour is up, I listen to my affirmations as I get ready for my day. Then, I listen to my positive affirmation SONGS. These songs are actually pretty cool! If you want to see the playlist I listen to, just contact me! (Facebook - Kay Anita or The Crystal Consciousness Program)
I dance around & sing. I enjoy the presence of my own happiness.
These affirmations have changed my life.
I noticed a difference within a week, but do it for months and you'll watch your entire life change.
Not only do I use them in the morning, I get positive affirmations on my phone. I use the app "I AM"
